MODI-POWER !

The massive mandate given to Prime Minister Narendra Modi was for economic regeneration and
an incorrupt India. He undertook a few policies of which "Make In India" is also a part. As per the
vision of the project, the government will focus on :-
1.) Building physical infrastructure.
2.) Creating a digital network to give a boost to the manufacturing sector.
Land Acquisition Bill is an initiative in support of "Make In India" to achieve the GDP growth rate
in double digits. But the Bill has gone against the PM and the Party in general as acquiring land is
a big hurdle that a needs to be crossed.
Since it is at a nascent stage, we need to wait for a concrete face of "Make In India".
Next up is the Insurance Bill which was finally passed after a long wait. It is estimated that the
move will bring as much as $ 3-3.5 Billions in FDI. Though the PM has pinned his hopes on rate
cuts to help translate his election promise into reality and RBI Governer also held out prospects
for a cut, looking at the current state, we find gradual reductions happening.
Modi Government's first budget gave a picture of his grand ambitions, The Sustainable Smart Cities.
The drawback here is lack of funds and no other action being undertaken apart from signing MoUs
by other countries. Getting countries to sign business deals with India has been quite fruitful. Say,
For example, China with over 21 business agreements worth over US $ 22 Billions in sectors such
as logistics, finance, capital goods amongst many.
After a round up of all his policies and the current development regarding the outcome, the very
common people are going to see the "ache din" as promised to us or just "ache intentions" for choosing
the Government like the usual?
