PALAZZO   PANTS

Its time you pack the same old denims back in the closet. Because this summer, palazzos are fast becoming the new jeans. Wide legged, comfortable, and available in light materials (silk, cotton, etc.), palazzos are the perfect summer outfit. Plain, printed, polka dots – with a wide range of color combinations and designs, they will make you love summers this year. Palazzos are the trending formal, semi-formal, casual and party wear – suiting all body types and age groups. Say no to skin tight jeans and scroll down these tips before buying yourself a few pairs of palazzos:

  • Crop tops look best with palazzos and you can add trendy necklaces and bracelets for a cool and casual look.

  • Just like jeans, you can pair them up with anything – simple tops or t-shirts, balloon tops, short jackets or shrugs, tank tops, etc.

  • Black palazzos are liked the most as they go with any shirt or top. Both Sonakshi Sinha and Deepika Padukone look gorgeous as they pair up a white top with black palazzos.

  • White embroidered ones are quite a hit with a dark coloured knee length kurta or a long shirt.

  • A button up shirt and a belt team up perfectly with them for office wear; but keep it simple with minimum accessories. Tuck inn your top for a semi-formal look.

  • Long shirts with palazzos are rocking Markets in Pakistan as they are both trendy and comfortable. You can pair it up with a designer shirt and dupatta; or an anarkali for a traditional party wear look.

  • A short top or shirt topped with a long shrug or a knee length net shrug gives you a completely different and stylish look.

  • If you like wearing shorts, short palazzos with ankle length net outlines are the ones to go for. Also try palazzos with side cuts.

  • You can try the same coloured top with palazzos for a jumpsuit effect. If you have gained some weight, contrasting colours will give you a great look.

  • Tall girls can also wear palazzos that are slightly above the ankle. Girls with a short height look taller in palazzos and wearing heels will add to the effect.

  • Palazzos  with flowery or ethnic prints give a skirt effect and go awesome with a plain tank top and a heavy necklace. You can also go for a scarf or a shrug.

  • The next dilemma is choosing a perfect hairstyle and footwear to complete the effect. A high pony tail or a nice loose bun is perfect to go with palazzos for a formal or semi-formal occasion; while you can leave your hair open for a party or casual wear. Flats or small heels go best with it. If wearing heels, choose palazzos that go slightly below your ankles for a floor length effect.

Avoid wearing short or crop tops with see through or translucent palazzos. Instead go for long shirts or slightly longer tops.
