  • As beverages one can opt green tea or lemonade.

By structuring your calorie meal up to 1200 you can lose weight and enjoy your favourite food, which shows quick result in weight loss and motivates to continue one’s weight loss journey.

You may change the menu everyday or every week according to calorie count which cut out boredom.
