SPICE UP YOUR FIRST DATE WITH THESE TIPS

Disclaimer: Nothing in this article is meant to hurt the sentiments of Feminazis. Any resemblance
to logic, humour and satire is purely deliberate.
In the words of Saint Nobody and every other relationship preacher out there, it is important to
''be yourself'' and not fake it on your first date. Yeah?
No !
Sometimes it's ok to brush aside your preferences, rather accommodate with those of other’s for
a while. Nobody is asking you to take false marriage vows. You just have to groom yourself a little
so that he sees the best of you & doesn't go blind by your florescent coloured dress. Seriously,
what's the matter with that?
1.) Play his science before choosing your fragrance
Going beyond your cherries and strawberries and knowing what your partner finds attractive as
well as pleasing is important. Compliment your pheromones with sensual add-ons ! Studies show
that musky scents like vanilla, sandalwood and pink grapefruit play a great role to enhance libido
and lower your stress level. Remember the poisonous flower from Breaking Bad? Lily of the valley
can be quite irresistible to men because of its sweet and subtle smell.
2.) Wear the right outfit
Now this one can be tricky - You don't want to look too casual or desirous and at the same time,
maintain your comfort level. Opt for those styles you can carry easily as you don't want tripping
off in high heels and suffocating yourself in those push up bras just for the sake of it. However,
if it's not a problem; choosing the right combination of dresses, foot wears and accessories can
polish up your personality to enhance your grace to a whole new level.

3.) The venue
Candle light dinner in a restaurant or going to movies is just cliché. Do something that is thrilling
and exciting for both of you. A little homework on your part like researching about his likes and
dislikes from a social networking site & executing those ideas on your date can do wonders.
Try playing laser tag or going for a game of billiards. Yet again, don't force yourself into things
you seriously dislike or have never tried.
4.) Breath mints to the rescue
Going for Chinese food is a big NO. Remember that your favourite garlicky dishes are not ending
in an apocalypse .Maintain your oral hygiene and do carry breath mints along as nothing can be
a bigger turn off than bad breath. This gives you a parameter to judge your partner as well.
5.) Conversations matter- Don't be boring!
It's time to understand that annoying him with questions like "Do I look fat?" or topics that don't
interest him at all on the very first date is not a way of fusing your thoughts. It's plain dumbness!
Talk about what makes him comfortable. Guys are a lot more nervous than you think they are.
If you realise you're being boring, that's actually great! Immediately cease to be boring forever.
6.) Drinks
Going above laid back cocktails or light drinks is not recommended. Have drinks that create a
romantic vibe around and don’t make you lousy or trippy. A glass of red wine is romantic -
Uncontrollable whisky followed by hours of vomiting is not. Save that for later maybe?
Whenever you’re ready to get married in Vegas.
7.) Do NOT come out as too desperate
Yes, you want him to want you or maybe not based on your first date. However, scaring him
with direct talks about commitment needs and family planning will only make him go on a long
hibernation. Save yourself and the other person from that mess.
That's why it's called a date right? “First date”
8.) Spoiler alert- Money is NOT HIS responsibility!
Wondering how this is related to the topic? Well nothing is, maybe... But if you think why nice
guys are not easily seen out there, it maybe because you made them bankrupt. So, kindly split
up bills if you haven't been doing so. If you already do, then you saved yourself from being
tagged as a hypocrite
