Simple homemade remedies, face packs and creams can help to rejuvenate our skin and give us the

Some basic tips to attain a radiant skin:
1) Detoxify your skin
Drinking lots of water and applying Yoghurt are at rescue here. Yoghurt contains lactic acid which
helps in removing toxins. Apply yoghurt and gently massage your skin, let it rest for 10 minutes
then wash it off using warm water and feel the difference in your skin.

2) Facial cleansing and moisturizing
Use simple mixture of 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of honey or 8-10 leaves of neem
and a small stick of aloe vera to naturally cleanse and moisturize your skin. Honey acts as an antioxidant
and slows down skin ageing. Make the mixture and apply it to your face and neck, wash it off after
30 minutes. Apply this thrice a week to feel the softness in your skin.

3) Fight sun tan
Tanning is a major problem in summers. But this problem has a simple solution. Applying banana mash on the tanned areas can help regain your fairness.

4) Exfoliate your skin
Exfoliating helps in removing dead skin cells and in achieving a much cleaner face. A simple face pack of sugar and honey can work wonders.it should be applied twice a week to get the best results.

5) Scrubbing
Scrubbing help in cleaning the pores and removing wrinkles. A mixture of grounded oats, powdered sugar and tomato can prove to be best when it comes to natural scrubbers. Gently scrub this mixture on your face in circular motion and see the magic come alive.

6) The fairer look
Cucumber promotes skin fairness. You can smash the cucumber into paste and apply it on the face.

7) Check on your diet
A balanced diet with sufficient proteins and vitamins, and more of fruits and leafy vegetables is advisable.
